Peggy was professional, yet warm and friendly. Her knowledge of the area is important to a buyer -- weather, economy, personnel for help (handymen, plummer, electrician, etc), financial institutions, and living in the community. She handled our listing, offer, and closing with efficiency. We highly recommend Peggy Lindsey, to either seller or buyer.
This review with full 5 stars on every item pretty much says everything. Peggy was my sole realtor and helped me find a house in Ouray County. Knowledge of the area and honest and most welcomed advice were most welcomed It didn't took long to find the ideal house I was looking for; 2 months at the most. I was outside the country (I'm brazilian) during the purchase process and Peggy took care of it all, making sure the transaction was easy and simple.
